Or if you don't wish to continue on the real estate market Cancellation will become effective within within 7 days of notification. Notice may be made in writing by telephone or facsimile - no explanation needed (but appreciated). The commission shall still be payable if a binding contract of sale is entered into, within 90 days after the date of the listing cancellation, between the sellers and a buyer who was introduced to or shown the property by Aeriol Nicols or any other member of the Toronto Real Estate Board during the term of the listing contract.
